NEXT CLASS: February 21, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Prepared childbirth classes help the expectant couple for the labor and birth of their child. This one day, six hour class on a Saturday, provides a comfortable atmosphere to learn about relaxation techniques, effective breathing methods, the stages of labor, when to call the doctor and much more. Classes are held in our East Brunswick location.
